    • For best results spray the spoolie or a brow brush with water or a setting spray of your choice. Do not wet the brow product directly.
    • Dip the damp spoolie or brow brush into Brow Down lighly coating the bristles.
    • Brush your brows in the desired direction to set in place.
    • Start with a little product and build up as necessary.
